DESCRIPTION
Polydeck
3000 is a Polyurethane based, multi component, skid resistant, flexible
protection system for car
park
decks requiring a high degree of abrasion resistance and crack bridging
capabilities.

Polyguard PU is
high quality polyurethane coating for waterproofing, which can be applied to metal concrete and
cured epoxy systems to provide a chemical and abrasion resistant UV stable
protection. It is supplied as a two pack systems, solvent base ready to apply
by mixing on site.

Sealtec FlamLINE Flexjoint is a torchable specialist waterproof expansion joint system, that offers a practical solution to expansion joints more commonly found in membrane roof construction, and is used in conjunction with, torch applied roofing and waterproofing membranes.

Polytile Latex is a specially formulated polymer latex admixture for use with tile adhesives and grouts, cements and mortars for fixing ceramic tiles, marble tiles, mosaic tiles, natural or synthetic stones etc. Applications:
- Polytile Latex is used in mortars where water resistance and increased abrasion resistance is required, such as industrial units, swimming pools, abattoirs etc.
- Used with Polyfix UTA, Polyfix WP, Polygrout TL and cement/sand mortars to enhance waterproofing and bonding properties.
- To produce polymer modified grouts, screeds and tile adhesive systems.

Bitutape TS is a twin sided non reinforced bitumen membrane which comprises of a polimerised bitumen sandwiched between a plastic release film on either side. Applications:
- Bitutape TS is mainly used for providing a seemless waterproofing membrane on concrete wood and metal surfaces.

An elastic butyland and a non distort in the transversal direction and in the longitudinal direction. A dual strip, waxed release paper protects the adhesive side and enables the product to be easily installed in internal corners. Applications:

- Jointing between frames and preframes, between wood and stonewood.

Polypoxy is a solvent free three component screed system consisting of Epoxy resin (A) hardener (B) and quartz silica filler (C). It has excellent mechanical properties, high resistance to wear and wide variety of chemicals.
This system is designed as a heavy duty topping for industrial floor. It can be applied in thicknesses from 5mm to 20 mm. Applications: To provide a heavy duty floor for:
- Chemical plants
- Warehouses & workshops
- Dairy & food processing plants
- Heavy engineering industrial floors
- Metal treatment plants
- Substations & battery rooms.

durable, single pack, liquid applied, urethane / acrylic, UV resistant
anti – slip protective 'paving-paint type' coating. Seal TUFF provides a tough, abrasion resistant, semi-flexible trafficable coating in an attractive finish - all in one can. Seal TUFF is a slip resistant floor protective coating for foot and vehicular traffic. Seal TUFF is available in a range of pleasing colours. Applications:
- SEALTEC Seal TUFF has been formulated for application to in-door and outdoor areas where an anti-slip coating is required.

Bitumastic is a single component, ready to use, spatula or gun applied non slump sealant. Based on polymer modified bitumen carried in a hydrocarbon solvent. It cures to form a seal, with excellent adhesion to concrete, brickwork, asphalt and most construction materials. Applications: Bitumastic is ideally suited for
- Sealing and filling gaps on roofs,
- Pointing horizontal chases for waterproofing membranes and felts.
- Sealing around roof/wet service pipes.
- Pointing between brickwork and roof flashings.
- Sealing cracks in asphalt and concrete
- Filling horizontal joints in concrete and asphalt where movements are not expected.

SEALPRO 151 & 151FC is a Single - component polyurethane elastomer. Classification SNJF elastomer 1er category.
Primer omitted on anodised aluminium and mortar. Applications:
- Expansion joints used in the building industry.
- Sealing joint for heavy frontage panels, curtain-walls, assembling of panels, exterior woodwork.
- Jointing between frames and preframes, between wood and stonewood.
- Adheres on most supports in the building industry: concrete, glass, anodised aluminium, wood.

Permanently elastic, pasty single-component sealant, especially for the building sector. Free of solvents, PVC, silicones and isocyanates. Applications:
- Elastic sealings of seams and joints in the building industry.
- Particularly suitable for sealing joints and connections on prefabricated facade elements, concrete elements, concrete pillars and cast-in concrete.

NEUTRASIL is a single-component silicone elastomer, neutral oxime. NEUTRASIL is available in a variety of colours. Classification SNJF elastomer 1er category. Primer omitted on anodized aluminum and concrete. NEUTRASIL Contains fungicide. Applications:

Polycoat RBE is a latex modified bitumen emulsion. It dries to form a tough black, seamless, flexible, water and vapour proof membrane. Applications: Polycoat RBE can be used on a variety of applications including: - As a non impervious waterproofing and protective coating to concrete foundations.
- As a curing compound on freshly cast concrete.

Polyflex is a two part acrylic modified cementitious coating, mixed at site for easy application. Polyflex cures to form a tough flexible coating with excellent waterproofing properties. Applications: - Has excellent negative hydrostatic properties.
- Pile head waterproofing.
- Water proofing of potable water reservoirs, both interior and exterior.
- To provide protection for concrete against carbonation and chloride attack.
- Water proof coating for roofs, concrete water tanks, lift pit, swimming pools, spillways, bathrooms, kitchens and other wet areas.
- Waterproof lining for water retaining structures.
- General construction waterproofing.
- As a protective coating for foundations.

Crack sealing material for Asphalt and Concrete pavements. Polytar 61 is a professional crack sealing material composed of exceptionally high flexibility rubber modified bitumen. The product conforms to ASTM D-3405 – “Joint Sealant Hot Poured for Concrete and Asphalt Pavement”. Applications: - Polytar
61 is designed to seal joints and cracks in concrete structures and

Polycrete FC is a single component polymer modified fairing coat to fill pores, blowholes, etc. on a concrete surface. It can be used as a skim coat prior to the application of protective coatings. It is a shrinkage compensated crack material, which can be applied as thin surface layers. Has excellent adhesion to the substrate. Applications:
- Can be used as a skim coat, and as a aesthetic mortar.
- To cover honeycomb, and crack resistant.
- Excellent adhesion to concrete.
- Smooth, easily applied , and flexible.
- Low permeability, resistant to attacks of chlorides and other chemicals .

Polycrete ST is a fibre reinforced, polymer modified, shrinkage compensated structural grade thixotropic
repair mortar system. Applications:
