Our Premier Licensed Applicators manage the installation process adhering to Sealtec's Project Quality and Installation Check Sheet. Working with our client throughout the entire project, there are four key milestones that ensure a high quality installation.

1. Project Preparation/Substrate Check:

Sealtec Licensed Applicator will, with the client/builder inspect the substrate to ensure that it is ready for the application of the Waterproof Membrane System. Approval and sign off must be given by Sealtec and the client/builder before moving to stage two.

2. In Progress Operational Check:

Throughout the project, it is critical for both the Sealtec Licensed Applicator and the client/builder to audit the progress of the Waterproof Membrane System installation. Approval and sign off must be given by Sealtec and the client/builder before moving to stage three.

3. Final Sign off:

On the completion of the installation, both the Sealtec Licensed Applicator and the client/builder meet to complete the Project Final Check, and Project Signoff of the installation, ensuring that the Waterproof Membrane System has been properly installed.

4. Code of Compliance Certificate plus the Sealtec Warranty Shield:

After the completion of works and Project Signoff on Sealtec's Project Quality and Installation Check Sheet, your Sealtec Licensed Applicator will complete the critical documentation (Producer Statement, Installers Warranty, Product Warranty) required for you to apply for a Code of Compliance Certificate.
